What You Can Learn By Mapping 3 Months Of Leads To 24 hours
The graph shows the number of phone calls (in black) and Street2Fleet online bookings (in blue) received each hour of the day over three months. The black line represents phone calls, while the blue line represents online bookings.
There are a couple of important takeaways for business owners.

- Look outside the hours of 6am to 7pm. It is clear that potential customers prefer not to call during these hours. If you’re not using an online scheduler, you are forcing your customers to use a contact form, which is likely to be siphoning profit.
- Now look between 7am and 6pm, in each hour a significant number of prospects are using Street2Fleet. This is reducing the number of phone calls and contact forms that CSR’s have to deal with. This might result in the business reducing the number of CSRs if they are large enough, or for smaller businesses making your small number of CSRs a lot more efficient.
Combine these 2 factors with the knowledge that the booking percentage is 100%, and it’s no wonder many of the business owners I’ve spoken with have shared with me that adding online scheduling to their business has exposed a game changing amount of hidden profit.
